Restorative Dental Care

At Preston Dental Care we restore your teeth to improve your health, enhance your smile, and help you enjoy the things you love most.

White Fillings (Composite)
Fillings repair cavities or small tooth damage. White fillings match your natural tooth color, blending in seamlessly.

Teeth Whitening (Bleaching)
Professional whitening brightens discolored teeth, removing stains caused by food, drinks, or aging. In-office treatments provide quick results, while at-home kits let you whiten gradually at your convenience. We use Opalescence Go system which is a professional grade teeth whitening system which is easy to use at home. With 15-30 minutes of wear each day, your smile will start to brighten immediately. No molds or impressions required.

Dental Crowns
A crown is like a cap that fits over a damaged tooth to protect and restore its shape, size, and strength. It’s often used after a root canal or when a tooth is cracked or worn down. We make our long term porcelain crowns right here in our office. No waiting necessary. This is better for the health of your tooth and also eliminates the hassel of wearing a temporary crown. Crowns are made of a porcelain called Zirconia.

Root Canals
When the inside of a tooth (the pulp) gets infected or damaged, a root canal removes the infection, cleans the inside of the tooth, and seals it to prevent further issues. A crown is usually added to protect the tooth.

Dental Implants
Implants are a long term replacement for missing teeth. A titanium post is placed in the jawbone to act as a root, and a crown is attached to look and function like a natural tooth.

Bridges
Bridges fill the gap left by one or more missing teeth. They attach to the natural teeth on either side of the space or to implants for support, with a custom-made false tooth in the middle. Many of these can be same day procedures.

Dentures
Dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth. Full dentures replace all teeth on the upper or lower jaw, while partial dentures fill in gaps when some natural teeth remain.

Veneers
Thin, custom-made shells placed on the front of teeth to fix chips, cracks, or discoloration, and other discrepancies to improve the overall appearance of your smile.

Full Mouth Reconstruction
A tailored combination of treatments, such as crowns, dentures and implants designed to restore you to a healthy, functional, and beautiful smile.

Bonding
A quick procedure where a tooth-colored resin is applied to fix minor issues like chips, cracks, or small gaps, improving the tooth’s appearance and strength.

TMJ/TMD Treatments
If you have jaw pain, trouble chewing, or frequent headaches, TMJ treatments can help. Options may include bite adjustments and/or custom orthotics to relieve stress on your jaw and muscles.

Tooth Extractions and Socket Preservation
If a tooth is too damaged to save, it may need to be removed. Afterward, techniques like socket preservation strengthen the jawbone for future treatments, like implants.

Implant-Supported Dentures
These combine dentures with implants for a secure fit. They won’t slip or move like traditional dentures, making eating and speaking more comfortable.

Restoration of Existing Dental Work
Over time, things like crowns, bridges, and fillings wear out. Restorative treatments repair or replace them, ensuring continued function and appearance.
